Feb 4, 2022.  Over the past two years we have all seen how people rely on information to adapt and respond to unprecedented challenges.  For companies this includes developing business continuity plans to keep their workforce safe and continue operations during Covid19 and build resilience to increasingly severe climate events.

This past year in 2021 we have worked closely with clients to learn from and expand the use of Maximo Health, Safety, and Environment functionality to support new types of incident reporting and end to end management of the incident, investigation, and follow-up actions.  With our customers we continue a focus on analytics to provide accurate and timely data for operational awareness and strategic decision support; configured with Maximo tools (start center, reporting structures, KPIs, UX) and extending analytics capabilities using 3rd party reporting tools to connect and surface data from Maximo with finance and operations systems.

In 2022 along with our Maximo support program, we have projects started in partnership with our clients to implement an efficient Management of Change program to build on their Maximo HSE incident management system, for another client working closely with their asset owners on a pilot to POC, prototype, and deliver improved asset data quality as the foundation for maturing asset management,  and a port sector project to implement and support Maximo HSE incident management rollout.
